This episode will inspire you to take ownership of your time, needs, and goals. I offer seven tips and plenty of resources. Are you ready to be honest with yourself? If so, grab your journal, a cup of tea, and hit play.

1. *Outline who You are*. What are your characteristics? What are your views of yourself? Who are you today? What would you potentially change? What is your Why?
2. *Create positive self chatter.* Start with affirmations. List the things you like about yourself. Can’t think of anything? Ask a friend or loved one. Find ways to remind yourself of this throughout the week. Journal.
3. *Create Boundaries.* Block out time on your schedule for you first. Then Block out time with family and friends.
4. *Release Control.* Allow grace for yourself and the people in your life. Delegate tasks. See the results and learn from them.
5. *Create time for Fun!* This will increase positivity, creativity, and quality of life.
6. *Define your Goals and Dreams.* Think BIG! Create a vision board, a dream board, and a 1-3-5.
7. *Trim the Fat.* What can you eliminate? What is not serving you in this season of life?
