We discuss the difference between confidence and courage, and how the only one you need to initiate growth is courage. “When you don't know whether you can do something, that's courage, and people don't realize is that it actually feels terrible.… my chest is tight my shoulders are tense, my heart cannot stop racing, right?...So I say thank you for alerting me that I feel fear, but this is the feeling of courage. So despite me feeling this, I can take action anyway.”
