You may think it’s impossible to manage all, but you can with the right approach and mindset.
What you need to know about managing Overscheduled Olivia, Energetic Eric, Stubborn Sammy, and Anxious Ainsley this school year.
First and foremost, let’s begin with Overscheduled Olivia. She doesn’t need an activity every afternoon.
Energetic Eric will be the CEO of a company one day. He can handle curve balls, squirrels, and most rooms if allowed the freedom to be himself.
Stubborn Sammy wants to be free to do what he or she is passionate about. I would encourage you to consider what Sammy is passionate about and fuel that fire.
Anxious Ainsley is calling out for help but no one is listening. She is struggling with expectations of others and wants to be free to have fun and be a kid.
As we enter the 2023-2024 school year, I hope parents, teachers, and students will consider KINDNESS first, then their personal agenda.
